Minimum requirements:
Education: Completion of Secondary education (high school degree) is required supplemented with professional/university level courses in Communication, Knowledge Management is considered as an asset.Experience: A minimum of seven years of experience in Knowledge Management, Content Development, Human Centered Design, Information Management, or Digital Communications and Knowledge Platforms is required.
A bachelor's degree in related fields may replace three years of related work experience. A master's degree may replace an additional two years of work experience. Experience in Communications, Media, Learning & Development is highly desirable.Solid computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email/internet, and familiarity with knowledge management platforms and content manageme...
