Protocol Education is working with secondary schools across South Gloucestershire and surrounding areas to find confident, reliable people to work as Unqualified Teachers and Cover Supervisors .

You don’t need QTS, and you won’t be thrown in unprepared. We give you the training and support to feel confident from day one.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supervising pre-set lessons when teachers are absent
  • Keeping classrooms calm, focused, and positive
  • Supporting students to stay on task and complete their work
  • Managing behaviour in a fair and confident way
  • Passing work and notes back to teaching staff
  • Following safeguarding procedures at all times
