Job Description

Responsibilities include:

·Take ownership of sourcing, phone screening, and interview scheduling.

·Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels.

·Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments.

·Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process with hiring managers.

·Maintain and grow talent pipelines for AI software and semiconductor roles.

·Provide regular updates on recruiting progress and ensure a positive candidate experience.

·Collaborate closely with HR and cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs

Skill and Qualification:

Required: 

  • 5+ years of recruitment or talent sourcing experience.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor and/or software industry roles.
  • Proven experience in direct sourcing and screening technical talent.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
