This position will provide essential administrative and operational support in the Undergraduate Studies Office, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. This will be a full-time contract position for 8 months.
*Responsibilities *
- Manage course registration
- Plan the pre-allocation of common core courses
- Manage examinations
- Provide general academic advice to students
- Manage general administrative functions such as minute writing, meeting arrangements, counter service, and email queries
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned
*Qualifications *
- A Bachelor's degree
- Working experience is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
- Enjoys interacting with students
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and general IT skills
