(What the role is)

The Finance Department is looking for temporary staff to provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth processing of student-related financial and enrolment matters.

(What you will be working on)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Financial Processing: Handle financial schemes and aid applications, including Tuition Grant forms, IBG applications, and Opportunity Fund applications. Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding documentation.
  • Customer Service: Respond to enquiries from students and parents, and follow up on unresolved matters promptly.
  • Enrolment Support: Assist with enrolment tasks such as checking submissions, data entry, preparing and sending follow-up letters, and batching forms for relevant organisations.
