**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Applicant must be physically able to perform task on the ground pertaining to general line crew and substation construction and service work and other duties as assigned.
+ Must be able to follow safety rules
+ Must be able to work with hand and power tools
+ Must be able to follow directions of a Foreman.
+ Must have high school diploma or GED
