Position OverviewWhile working in a dynamic and fast-paced call center environment, the Call Center Representative responds to customer inquiries via phone and/or email providing the appropriate and timely response and entering relevant data into the system. Our customer base includes students, parents, and other consumers purchasing, renting, and selling course materials in the K-12 and/or higher education markets.
