Job Description

Position OverviewWhile working in a dynamic and fast-paced call center environment, the Call Center Representative responds to customer inquiries via phone and/or email providing the appropriate and timely response and entering relevant data into the system. Our customer base includes students, parents, and other consumers purchasing, renting, and selling course materials in the K-12 and/or higher education markets. This is a long-term (up to 3 months) temporary position with a flexible schedule! Responsibilities
  • Explain processes, policies, and procedures to customers as needed.
  • Able to leverage and use resources to research and resolve issues and resolve issues that may not be clearly defined.
