Key Responsibilities: As our HR Administrator, you will:

Assist the HR & Training team with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with new starter requirements, security clearances, and airside passes
Perform data entry and record-keeping, tracking personnel training, certifications, and course evaluations for both internal use and compliance with regulatory agencies ๐Ÿ“Š
Conduct pre-employment checks, including reference and background checks
Support HR-related training programs, workshops, and various ad-hoc projects
