Temporary Human Resource Administrator

Full-Time • Onsite • 30 Minutes from Lethbridge

We’re hiring a Temporary Human Resource Administrator for a rural employer located about 30 minutes outside of Lethbridge. This role supports a busy workplace with day-to-day HR tasks, recruitment, onboarding, employee file management, and general HR administration.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment: job postings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring steps
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new employees
  • Maintain accurate employee files and HR documentation
  • Update job descriptions and support performance-related documentation
  • Coordinate training and development activities with department leads
