Location: Dudley (4 days onsite, 1 day from home)

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per annum (pro rata to 3 months, hourly paid)

Contract: Temporary 3 months

We are partnering with a well-established organisation in Dudley to recruit an experienced HR Advisor on a 3-month temporary contract to support the delivery of a large-scale employee consultation programme .

This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident operating in a fast-paced change environment, providing day-to-day HR and employee relations support throughout a formal consultation process.
