Temporary IT Helpdesk Specialist

Looking for a proactive Client Success Tool Administrator to own and manage our Gainsight environment. The ideal candidate will be a Gainsight expert who is passionate about building solutions that drive efficiency and provide critical insights for our Client Success team. You will be the go-to for all things Gainsight, responsible for the day-to-day administration, security, configuration, and improvements of the platform to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive retention.
