Temporary Litigation Associate – Boston

Job Summary

Our prestigious Boston law firm client seeks a contact litigation attorney with at least two years of complex commercial litigation experience who has taken, defended, and/or prepared for depositions, engaged in motion practice, conducted document and electronic discovery, and drafted pleadings. The anticipated length of time of this contract is approximately three months. This position can work entirely remotely. Normal business hours.

Candidates must be barred in Massachusetts and have actual Massachusetts trial litigation experience - motion practice, appearing before courts, drafting briefs and other pleadings.
