Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and ensure a warm, professional first impression

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls

  • Manage the front desk, including monitoring the reception area and assisting walk-ins

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Perform light administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

  • Communicate effectively with internal staff and external guests

  • Provide general support to office teams as needed
