Adhoc Receptionist - Temporary Cover Across Basingstoke (Immediate Start)

We're looking for a professional, personable, and highly reliable Adhoc Receptionist to provide temporary cover for clients in and around Basingstoke. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can step into new environments with confidence, and delivers excellent front‑of‑house service from day one.

You'll be the welcoming face and voice of our clients' businesses, supporting reception teams with essential day‑to‑day duties while maintaining a calm, polished, and service‑focused approach.

What you'll be doing

Greeting visitors and managing the front desk with a warm, professional manner
Handling incoming calls and managing a basic switchboard
Directing callers and visitors to the correct departments
Managing sign‑in processes and ensuring visitor records are kept up‑to‑date
Supporting general admin tasks as needed to keep reception running smoothly
