Job Description
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6pm
- Location: Downtown (Walking distance from MRT station)
- Temporary receptionist to cover around 2 weeks (30 January February 2026)
Our client is a software solution provider in Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors; notify relevant colleagues promptly.
- Escort interview candidates to meeting rooms and inform interviewers.
- Answer and screen incoming calls; transfer calls when necessary.
- Open the stationery cupboard every morning
- Conduct a daily walkthrough of meeting rooms and common areas
- Receive parcels and documents (DHL, FedEx, SF Express, etc.):
- Stamp and acknowledge Delivery Orders (DO).
- MOM deliveries
- Issue and collect access cards for colleagues.
- Liaise with colleagues for any facilities or equipment issue
