Job Description

  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6pm
  • Location: Downtown (Walking distance from MRT station)
  • Temporary receptionist to cover around 2 weeks (30 January February 2026)

Our client is a software solution provider in Singapore

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors; notify relevant colleagues promptly.
  • Escort interview candidates to meeting rooms and inform interviewers.
  • Answer and screen incoming calls; transfer calls when necessary.
  • Open the stationery cupboard every morning
  • Conduct a daily walkthrough of meeting rooms and common areas
  • Receive parcels and documents (DHL, FedEx, SF Express, etc.):
  • Stamp and acknowledge Delivery Orders (DO).
  • MOM deliveries
  • Issue and collect access cards for colleagues.
  • Liaise with colleagues for any facilities or equipment issue
