JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Reconciliations Clerk to support our Finance/Accounting team with account reconciliations, data validation and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, accuracy in numerical work, and proven experience using Microsoft Excel.
This temporary position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on accounting exposure in a dynamic work environment.
PRIMARY OF AREAS RESPONSIBILITY:
- Perform account reconciliations.
- Compare and match data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Maintain organized records and supporting documents.
- Update and track reconciliation progress in Excel spreadsheets.
- Support the Finance team with other clerical and administrative tasks as required.
