Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and providing administrative and secretarial support services within a school setting in order to ensure a positive and safe learning environment for all students, staff and members of the public. Duties include, but are not limited to: scheduling, prioritizing and maintaining the daily workflow of the office; coordinate and conduct student registrations, monitor school budgets and supplies, coordinate the purchase of school supplies and services and maintain proper accounting records accordingly, preparation and/or typing of correspondence, completion of reports and documents, maintenance of files and records, and answering and/or directing enquiries as per board/school policy. This position works 35 hours per week; schedule to be determined by the Principal.
