• Consistently meeting or exceeding all KPI targets for the past 3 fiscal months. (Must have)
• No unjustified absences in the last 3 months. (Must have)
• No active disciplinary actions on record. (Must have)
• Attendance must be on target. (Must have)
• Comcast experience. (Desired)
• At least 3 months of tenure. (Must have)
• Schedule flexibility. (Must have)

Skills

• Strong Problem-Solving, Analytical & Critical thinking skills. (Must have)
• Proficient in MS Office and tools, and performance tracking systems. (Desired)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and oral. (Must have)
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a dynamic and always-changing environment. (Must have)
