Requirements: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Management, Marketing, or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, or marketing.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.

Proficient in document handling, reporting, and using Microsoft Office or social media for promotions.
