Responsibilities:

  • Complete assigned tasks according to Road tender process.

  • Verification and quality checking during different tender steps according to DSV tender management process.

  • Communication with the commercial leads and globally located departments.

  • Offer preparation accordingly to the documentations.

  • Coordination and actualization of the files crucial for the measuring current stage of reporting process.

  • Supporting ad hoc tasks.

  • Learn and understand the underlying process of reporting tools.

  • Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company, including company’s intellectual proper...
