Job Description:
We are looking for a Tender Analyst – Electrical with hands-on experience in government and private tendering. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end tender documentation, rate analysis, and coordination with vendors for competitive bidding.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and submission of electrical tenders for organizations such as MSEDCL, PWD, MIDC, and other Maharashtra government departments

Handling tendering portals including e-Tender Maharashtra, GeM, and other relevant platforms

Preparing complete tender documentation, including technical & commercial bids

Arranging, verifying, and managing all required documents for successful bidding

Market rate analysis and comparison with tender BOQ using MS Excel

Coordinating continuously with vendors and suppliers to track market price fluctuations

Assisting in bid evaluation, estimation, and final submission

Maintaining tender records, bid status, and documentation database

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in B.E./B.Tech – Electrical Engineering

Experience in Electrical Tendering (MSEDCL, PWD, MIDC preferred)

Good communication and coordination skills

Strong knowledge of computers and MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of BOQ analysis and estimation

Familiarity with Maharashtra government tendering procedures

Strong analytical and negotiation skills
