Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, issuance, and evaluation of RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents.
  • Conduct cost analyses and pricing evaluations.
  • Coordinate with internal users to gather procurement requirements and specifications.
  • Execute tender submissions with complete and timely documentation.
  • Prepare and manage goods and services contracts.
  • Maintain and track records on contract expiry dates, renewals, insurances, warranties, and key performance indicators.
  • Ensure tender and procurement processes comply with internal policies and approval requirements.
  • Support the full tendering process, including document review, bid planning, proposal development, and submission.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, M&E, cleaning, security, landscape, procurement, HR, finance) to collect necessary inputs for tender submissions.
