Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, issuance, and evaluation of RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents.
- Conduct cost analyses and pricing evaluations.
- Coordinate with internal users to gather procurement requirements and specifications.
- Execute tender submissions with complete and timely documentation.
- Prepare and manage goods and services contracts.
- Maintain and track records on contract expiry dates, renewals, insurances, warranties, and key performance indicators.
- Ensure tender and procurement processes comply with internal policies and approval requirements.
- Support the full tendering process, including document review, bid planning, proposal development, and submission.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, M&E, cleaning, security, landscape, procurement, HR, finance) to collect necessary inputs for tender submissions.
