Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Tender Coordinator with experience in BOQ-driven tenders for the Hotel / Hospitality industry , capable of reading and understanding CAD drawings, layouts, and technical specifications .

✅ Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage BOQ-based tenders for hotel projects

Study and interpret CAD files, layouts, and drawings

Coordinate with internal teams for costing, estimation & documentation

Ensure timely submission of tenders with complete compliance

Evaluate tender requirements, specifications, and scope of work

✅ Preferred Candidate Profile

✔ Experience handling Hotel / Hospitality tenders

✔ Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation & tender documentation

✔ Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings & layouts

✔ Good communication and coordination skills

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 3~5 years
