Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, tender submissions, and commercial evaluations for T&D projects, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and profitability.

Prepare, compile, and submit tenders for T&D projects within deadlines.

Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of works.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for inputs.

Attend tender briefings, site visits, and clarification meetings.

Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing for T&D works.

Analyze material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.

Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Identify cost risks, value engineering opportunities, and assumptions.
