Symbroj Solar Private Limited is a fast-growing renewable energy company focused on providing end-to-
end solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) solutions. We are looking for a Tender
Executive who will manage the entire tendering process from identifying opportunities to preparing and
submitting proposals for both government and private clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor GeM, CPPP, eProcurement, and State DISCOM portals for solar EPC tenders.
• Maintain and update a tender tracker for all bids (upcoming, ongoing, and submitted).
• Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and commercial terms to assess project viability.
• Coordinate with internal departments engineering, finance, procurement, and legal to collect
necessary data and documents.
• Prepare technical and financial proposals, BOQs, and compliance documents as per tender
requirements.
• Upload and submit tenders on e-portals, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Handle clarifications, corrigenda, and addendums issued by clients or tendering authorities.
• Maintain organized records of submitted tenders, communications, and bid outcomes.
• Generate bid performance reports and suggest strategy improvements based on win/loss
analysis.
Requirements
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Civil / Mechanical Engineering, Commerce, or Business
Administration.
• MBA or Diploma in Project Management, Business, or Supply Chain Management is a plus.

Experience
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in tendering, bidding, or proposal management.
• Prior experience in solar EPC, renewable energy, or electrical industry is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of government e-procurement systems (GeM, CPPP, eProcurement).
• Experience in tender analysis, bid preparation, cost estimation, and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF editing tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of solar energy systems, EPC contracts, and compliance processes will be an
advantage.
