Job Summary

:We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end tender process for our (Specify Products/Services) in Nashik and across India. The Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, preparing comprehensive and competitive bids, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to secure contracts. Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills (including proficiency in local languages), and a thorough understanding of tender processes are essential.Responsibilities:Tender Identification: Proactively identify relevant tender opportunities from government, public sector undertakings (PSUs), and private organizations through various online portals, newspapers, and other sources, focusing on opportunities in Maharashtra and India.Tender Analysis: Thoroughly review and analyze tender documents, including eligibility criteria, technical specifications, commercial terms, and timelines, to determine bid feasibility and compliance requirements.Bid Preparation: Prepare comprehensive, accurate, and competitive tender submissions, including technical proposals, commercial bids, and all required supporting documents, ensuring adherence to tender guidelines and deadlines.Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate effectively with various internal departments (., sales, marketing, technical, finance, legal) to gather necessary information and inputs for tender preparation.Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all tender documents are complete, acc
