Job Scope – Tender Quantity Surveyor

The Tender Quantity Surveyor shall be responsible for providing comprehensive cost and contractual support during the tender and pre-contract stage of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the Contracts Manager and assist in all tender-related matters.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and tender submissions.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to ensure accurate pricing.
• Source, evaluate, and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Assist in value engineering, cost planning, and cost optimization exercises.
• Prepare tender clarifications, tender queries, and cost breakdowns as required.
• Assist in contract documentation and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
