Job Purpose:
The primary purpose of the role is to respond in a timely manner to customer enquiries by providing offers which are both technically and commercially accurate. Provide first class technical, costing and documentation support to the Sales team during and post offer stage. Provide a comprehensive handover of new orders to the projects team to enable successful delivery.
Responsibility of H&S Coordinator is added to this role. This is to manage H&S activities in LME.
Key Accountabilities:
- Timely submission of offer (Including complete review of enquiries, preparation of tender, tender bond requests, coordination within departments and request quotations & technical support from suppliers/sub-contractors).
Performance Indicators: Ensure on time submission of offers and tenders complying to company internal process.
