Job Description

About - The Tendering Manager – Interior will be responsible for end-to-end tendering and estimation activities for interior fit-out projects, including corporate offices, commercial buildings, data centers, and turnkey interior works. The role involves detailed cost estimation, BOQ preparation, vendor coordination, commercial evaluation, and submission of competitive bids in coordination with internal MEP, design, procurement, and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze tender documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of work for interior projects.
  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs for all interior works including finishes, joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and FF&E.
  • Develop accurate cost estimates, rate analysis, pricing strategies, and margin calculations.
