Tendering Manager

This position is responsible for the successful and timely delivery of customer proposals for electrical equipment systems and solutions.

The person will accurately monitor tender compliance with request for quotations (RFQ), guarantee accuracy of cost and margin calculations in accordance with commercial business units guidelines.

The person should be capable to prepare/animate the tender from early stage of bid preparation, customer negotiation until handover to project manager. Should have the ability to conduct effective discussion from middle to senior to upper level internal management.

Effective coordination with internal stakeholders, customers and third-party contractors through the procurement.
