Tendering Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tendering Specialist, located in Kolkata. In this role, the Tendering Specialist will be responsible for preparing and submitting tenders, analyzing project specifications, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and managing tender documentation. The role will also entail coordination with different teams, conducting market research, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to secure new contracts effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in bid preparation, tender documentation, and contract management
• Strong skills in market research and analysis
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in tendering or project management in infrastructure or construction industries is highly desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office and tendering software is a plus.
