Actively manage congestion, dwell time, and work sequencing to maximize throughput.

Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in real time.

Ensure service commitments are met while maintaining safe and orderly terminal conditions

Plan and deploy labour e?ectively to meet workload demands without unnecessary headcount increases.

Provide clear direction and expectations to Lead Hand(s) and yard personnel.

Monitor productivity and adjust stating, sequencing, or work methods as required.

Approve time, attendance, and scheduling in accordance with company policy.
