OVERVIEW:The Structural Division Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing allaspects of termite control operations within the organization. This includes dailyreview of stops, conducting weekly one-on-one sessions with team members,providing training, managing inventory and ordering products, performing qualitycontrol inspections (QCIs), and generating Wood Destroying Insect Reports(WDIR). Additionally, the Structural Division Supervisor will play a key role inpromoting and selling utility services related to termite control.Responsibilities:Daily Stop Review:Review daily stops to ensure efficient scheduling and completion of termitecontrol services.Address any issues or concerns promptly. Weekly One-on-Ones:Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedbackand support.Set performance goals and track progress.Training:Develop and implement training programs for team members.Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.Inventory Management and Product Ordering:Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed.Quality Control Inspections (QCIs):Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with standards.Implement corrective actions as necessary. Wood Destroying Insect Reports (WDIR):Generate accurate reports and communicate findings to clients.Sales Responsibilities:Promote and sell utility services to clients.Identify opportunities for upselling.Branch Oversight:Provide supervision to branches and ensure alignment with company goals.Monitor performance metrics and conduct site visits.Building Maintenance:Oversee maintenance tasks and coordinate repairs.Collaborate with maintenance staff or contractors.Christmas Light Inventory Management and Installation Oversight:Manage inventory and oversee installations and takedowns.Ensure compliance with safety standards.Team Coordination:Facilitate communication and coordination among team members.Ensure efficient workload distribution.Qualifications:Proven experience in termite control operations.Strong leadership and communication skills.Detail-oriented with organizational abilities.Proficiency in relevant software and tools.Background in structural work or construction.Ability to work at heights and climb ladders safely.Experience in building maintenance.Familiarity with inventory management principles.Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications preferred.Previous supervisory or managerial experience in pest control.Knowledge of local regulations related to termite control is advantageous.Working Conditions:May require outdoor work in various weather conditions.Flexible working hours may be necessary.Travel to different sites may be required.
