This position is for a Terrazzo Technician - Previous experience is needed to apply

We are seeking a Terrazzo Technician to join our team. This is an impactful role, as you will be assisting clients who have terrazzo that needs maintenance, restoration, or repair.  You will perform cleaning, polishing, and buffing with a floor machine and repair work as well as other restoration and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate understands the importance of this position and cares deeply about the quality of their work and the impact it will have on customers. 

Responsibilities: 

• Follow work orders and crew chief instructions


• Perform terrazzo repair, restoration and maintenance 


• Maintain appropriate inventory levels in work vehicle and stock supplies for each project


• Keep workspace and vehicle clean and organized


• Prepare job site for restoration activities


• Work closely with crew chief and other technicians

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in terrazzo restoration, repair, and maintenance is required to apply


• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles 


• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including climbing ladders, working at heights and in tight spaces, and lifting heavy objects


• Ability to lift equipment weighing 75+ pounds multiple times per day
