**The Role**
This is a fully operational position working across days, nights and weekends, with responsibility for both people leadership and commercial outcomes.
You will:
+ Be the face of Terrigal Beach House
+ Lead, engage and support a large team of up to 70 team members
+ Set the tone on the floor through visible, values-led leadership
+ Build strong team culture that drives service standards, repeat visitation and revenue
+ Manage labour effectively to support strong flow-through to GOP
+ Understand budgets, wage controls and operational panels
+ Plan ahead for peak periods, events and seasonal trade to protect service and profit
+ Coach leaders to lift capability, accountability and performance
+ Build strong relationships with locals and regular guests
+ Ensure compliance with licensing and venue requirements through consistent leadership
