Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a Territory Business Plan to achieve sales targets and expand access to Sandoz products.
- Engage key prescribers and stakeholders through strategic, compliant, and value‑driven interactions.
- Conduct daily sales calls, product detailing, presentations, and RTDs using the Sandoz selling model with strong patient‑centric messaging.
- Implement marketing activities, track execution, and ensure accurate reporting through Scout and other Sandoz systems.
- Distribute product samples according to SOPs while maintaining accurate documentation and timely reporting.
- Ensure product availability in key branches, coordinate with trade partners, and support placement and stock optimization opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and deliver actionable insights to marketing and sales teams.
