Overview
Main Responsibility:
- Leads tasks execution by motivated sales team
- Assures attainment of Key Performance set by Management through setting objectives, tracking measures, problem solving, and coaching.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plans the sales and business development of his assigned specific geographical territory with the Market Territory Manager
- Responsible for configuration of routes and itinerary in compliance with sales objectives.
- Reviews accuracy and timeliness of reports and analyzes corrective action plans if necessary
- Ensures total implementation and execution of marketing programs.
- Conducts route riding activities, validates transactions, verification of accounts, relieves or delegate tasks in the absence of a salesman
