Job Description

We are seeking a Territory Head to lead the Bancassurance Channel for a leading private sector insurance company in India. This role requires a professional with an exceptional track record in the bancassurance space who can drive business, manage key relationships, and lead a large team to achieve sales targets across a designated region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Drive business growth and achieve targets within the allocated region.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure business development and a smooth process flow.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of Sales Managers to uphold a high standard of business for the organization. This includes overseeing a team of 5–6 Cluster Managers, who in turn manage a total of 50–75 Front-Line Sales (FLS) representatives.

Required Candidate Profile

  • A proven and exceptional track record in the bancassurance channel of the life insurance industry.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and supervising large teams.
  • Strong relationship-building and management skills.
