We are looking for a Territory Lead for our Instruments division in Dubaï:
What You Will Do
Promote Stryker products and support customer needs while serving as the resident expert for your product line.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders in your territory.
Drive territory performance by developing and implementing strategies that support product adoption, market growth, and customer engagement.
Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and in-field activities based on regional objectives and customer requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, regulatory changes, and product developments; share relevant insights with your manager.
Review customer requests for proposals and prepare complete and accurate material lists aligned with their needs.
