Role Description

We are seeking a full‑time Territory Manager to join our team in an on‑site role located in Darwin, NT. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within an assigned territory. Daily responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored product recommendations, maintaining strong customer service, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves preparing sales reports, collaborating with the internal team, and representing ATOM at client meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Exceptional customer relationship management and client engagement skills
• Proficiency in business development, lead generation, and identifying market opportunities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in industrial hardware or safety equipment is highly advantageous
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the designated territory
• Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain operations is beneficial
