Your New Role As a Territory Manager, you’ll take ownership of a defined territory—building and strengthening key client relationships, driving new business, and delivering technical solutions that support environmental compliance and sustainable outcomes. Supported by a national network, structured training, and industry‑leading OHS and environmental monitoring products, you’ll be empowered to grow your capability, expand your influence, and progress your career within a values‑led organisation committed to long‑term success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Account Management – Build lasting partnerships with clients across environmental consulting, construction, defence, and mining sectors.
- Business Development – Identify opportunities, win new business, and grow relationships with OHSE professionals and organisations.
- Strategic Planning – Create and execute account and sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Technical Consultation – Deliver impactful product demonstrations and tailored environmental monitoring solutions.
- Collaboration – Partner with internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Data Management – Keep CRM records accurate and leverage insights to shape strategy.
- Field Engagement – Represent the brand at industry events, site visits, and client meetings across your territory.
What You'll Bring
- Environmental Expertise – Background in Environmental Science, Consulting, Occupational Hygiene, OHS, Sustainability, or related OHSE fields is highly valued.
- Proven Commercial Success – Demonstrated experience in business development and account management within scientific, technical, or environmental sectors.
- Exceptional Communication – Skilled in consultative selling and building strong client relationships.
- Driven & Organised – Self-motivated with outstanding time and territory management skills.
- Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
