Murray Co., Inc., a trusted HVAC distributor since 1933 and a proud Carrier representative, is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead our Williston, VT location. What You’ll Do: Drive sales growth and manage contractor relationships Oversee daily branch operations (warehouse, counter sales, deliveries) Lead, train, and develop branch staff Manage budgets, inventory, and branch profitability Ensure safety, compliance, and excellent customer service What We’re Looking For: 2 years of proven sales experience 5 years in HVAC distribution or related industry. (Preferred) Branch or operations management experience is a plus. HVAC product knowledge and leadership skills.
