Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Growth: Drive sales and business expansion for the Ayurvedic division across Telangana
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide a team of 10-12 sales professionals to achieve targets.
  • Market Penetration: Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.
  • Distributor & Channel Management: Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, stockists, and key stakeholders.
  • Customer Engagement: Ensure strong relationships with healthcare professionals, Ayurvedic practitioners, and retail channels.
  • Sales Planning & Execution: Develop regional sales plans, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of KPIs.
