Position Description

The Territory Sales Executive (TSE) drives retail sales across the channel. Responsibilities include channel partner recruitment, engagement and training of third‑party sales agents, and ensuring channel productivity and profitability.

Roles Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the PAYGO Channel.
  • SEP onboarding, management & monitoring.
  • Drive sales of recommended SKUs within the assigned territory.
  • Implement the route to market (RTM) to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor stock positions at ECs to prevent stock outs.
  • Implement field initiatives to boost sales.
  • Strategic plans to build capacity in the immediate coverage environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in FMCG, Telecom, Renewable Energy or any industry focused on territory development and product sales.
  • Field sales knowledge is very key.
