Position Description

The Territory Sales Executive (TSE) drives retail sales across the channel. TSE is responsible for channel partner recruitment, engagement, training of third‑party sales agents, and ensuring channel productivity and profitability.

Roles Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the PAYGO Channel.
  • SEP onboarding, management & monitoring.
  • Drive sales of recommended SKUs within assigned territory.
  • Implement effective route to market (RTM) to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor stock positions at ECs to prevent stock‑out.
  • Implement field initiatives to boost sales.
  • Strategic plans to build capacity in immediate coverage environment.

  • Experience in FMCG, Telecom, Renewable Energy or any industry focused on territory development & product sales.
