Job Description
As the Territory Sales Manager – WA, you will take ownership of sales performance, customer growth, and team leadership within your territory. You’ll translate national strategies into local execution, build strong customer partnerships, and lead high‑performing teams to deliver sustainable growth and recurring revenue in a complex, solution‑led environment. Lead and shape the commercial success of a key territory within a trusted healthcare technology organisation, influencing strategy through close collaboration with executive leaders and cross‑functional teams. This role offers the opportunity to do meaningful work that directly supports safer, more connected care across healthcare environments.
What you will be responsible for
- Owning and delivering revenue, margin, growth, and retention targets across the territory
- Leading and enabling Business Development Managers and technical sales teams to succeed
- Managing strategic customer relationships and acting as the senior escalation point
- Executing go‑to‑market plans and driving recurring revenue through SLMA inclusion and renewal
- Maintaining strong sales governance through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline
- Collaborating with Product, Clinical, Marketing, Client Services, and Delivery teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Drive Growth: Through building and managing a robust new sales pipeline, identifying, developing and executing strategic plans to qualify enterprise opportunities, expand market reach and unlock new opportunities.
- Create Opportunities: Proactively embracing prospecting, cold calling, networking, attending events and utilizing lead generation methods to build a strong sales pipeline. Articulate solutions clearly communicating benefits of software and solutions that help patient outcomes and improve business processes.
- Sales Ownership: Managing the full sales process from prospecting to close and contract execution, delivering tailored, value‑led solutions.
