OEM Account Manager - Sales Engineer ( Hybrid )

$100K to $250K total comp 

A local firm is looking to hire HVAC Sales Engineers / Account Managers in Maryland and Virginia markets with a good HVAC knowledge of equipment, parts or supply needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction or Engineering Technology, or related fields.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in customer relationship management.
- Deep understanding of the HVAC industry landscape.
- Ability to develop strategic marketing and market planning initiatives.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
