We are looking for a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth in BC & Alberta, with a primary focus in the lower mainland.

Seniority Level: Mid‑Senior; Employment Type: Full‑time; Job Function: Sales and Business Development.

Primary Duties

  • Create and implement a sales plan aimed at increasing revenue and expanding market presence throughout Western Canada.
  • Nurture and expand partnerships with existing HVAC distributors, wholesalers, and engineering firms.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distribution partners to broaden market access.
  • Build connections with engineers, contractors, developers, and other influencers to boost product awareness and technical adoption.
