Territory Sales Manager – Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies

Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) seeks a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to support our Spray Foam product line in the Alberta market. The TSM will be responsible for achieving sales growth and EBITDA goals within the assigned territory, leading strategic sales activities, and managing a team of Technical Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales plan that drives continuous profitable growth.
• Lead strategic initiatives for the Spray Foam business, including product launches, market segmentation, and regional priorities.
• Support company-wide initiatives such as new product development, marketing programs, and Carlisle Operating Systems (COS) activities.
