Responsibilities:
Participate in the yearly marketing plan in the assigned channel. Prepare monthly targets by customer and a detailed action plan for sales of lubricants by product/pack. Carry out weekly sales reports and monthly forecast reports with the highest possible accuracy. Collect all outstanding dues and align with the agreed payment terms for each customer. Prospect for new business and actively grow the size of the business. Develop cross-selling with card services & fuel teams to reach comprehensive deals. Keep close contact with customers, handle and negotiate tenders, and prepare/amend contracts. Carry out pricing studies in tenders compared to the competition. Help and support in providing customers with the required technical support. Contribute to the implementation and the respect of health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) policies, the company safety rules, Anti-corruption, Antitrust Compliance, and Integrity Policies, and due diligence. Apply the entire ethical approach and code of conduct values. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (lubricants/industrial). Fluency in English is a Must. Strong negotiation, forecasting, and relationship-building skills.
