Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the yearly marketing plan in the assigned channel.
  • Prepare monthly targets by customer and a detailed action plan for sales of lubricants by product/pack.
  • Carry out weekly sales reports and monthly forecast reports with the highest possible accuracy.
  • Collect all outstanding dues and align with the agreed payment terms for each customer.
  • Prospect for new business and actively grow the size of the business.
  • Develop cross-selling with card services & fuel teams to reach comprehensive deals.
  • Keep close contact with customers, handle and negotiate tenders, and prepare/amend contracts.
  • Carry out pricing studies in tenders compared to the competition.
  • Help and support in providing customers with the required technical support.
  • Contribute to the implementation and the respect of health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) policies, the company safety rules, Anti-corruption, Antitrust Compliance, and Integrity Policies, and due diligence.
  • Apply the entire ethical approach and code of conduct values.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (lubricants/industrial).
  • Fluency in English is a Must.
  • Strong negotiation, forecasting, and relationship-building skills.
